"I would like to personally apologise for the delays recent customers have endured due to our recent moving to a new office. To make matters worse, my partner and co-worker Charlotte who deals with orders has been taken to hospital which has doubled the work load and halved the time available to catch up. I am working around the clock to get up to date, and expect all out-standing orders to be dispatched on Monday. Furthermore, all future orders this month i will aim to dispatch within 24 hours to ensure all festive gifts arrive in good time!

Obviously i am trying my best to keep things going here while also running in and out of hospital every day, so apologies for the site being rather quiet this last month. Rest assured there are big plans on the horizon and a list of new lessons to go up longer than the equator, it's just a matter of prioritising at the moment and obviously paying customers have to be dealt with first. Hopefully we will be back running at 100% with 10 new free lessons by next week, but in the mean time let's just hope Charlotte makes a speedy recovery."
